I never stick to resolutions for very long, so I’m going to try to do 52 in a year, each lasting just one week. Find out more about what I’m going to refer to as my “thought process” here.

I started with a list of possible mini-resolutions, and I’ve had a lot of suggestions from friends and family. Here’s what I’ve tackled so far, in order.

Completed resolutions:

  1. Quit drinking
  2. The Plank
  3. Get more sleep
  4. Declutter clothes
  5. Eat vegetarian
  6. Clear my inbox (aka Inbox Zero)
  7. Massage my wife’s feet
  8. Have a baby
  9. No caffeine
  10. Travel light
  11. Drink 8 glasses of water a day
  12. Push-ups – part 1
  13. Clear out mobile phone apps
  14. Gluten free
  15. Write more
